So what is breathwork & how often should I do it?
Breathwork is a catch-all term for breathing exercises. Breathworx uses a style known as conscious connected breathing. It’s a therapeutic technique that uses deep breathing, music, and guidance to induce stress reduction, emotional healing, and personal transformation.
